Comprehensive Medical Plan
Our Medical insurance plan is a PPO with a low co-pay and is available to our employees and their families. This plan includes an excellent prescription plan, at no extra charge. This plan covers both name brand and generic prescriptions.

An Aggressive 401K Program
Unlike other employers there is no wait to join Directions Engineering, Inc. 401K plan. You are eligible on the first day of the month following your start.
Two Weeks of Accrued Vacation Time Each Year
Some firms offer "paid time-off" but finding your way through their red tape is almost impossible. Directions Engineering, Inc.'s vacation plan is clear. On all approved assignments, and 99.99% are, you accrue 1.6 hours of vacation for each 40 hour work week and you can accrue up to 10 days a year!!! There is no 6 month minimum employment required and no waiting for your money; you can cash or use your vacation anytime!
Direct Deposit
Directions Engineering, Inc. also offers the benefits of Direct Deposit to our employees. We also offer the benefit of utilizing two accounts on your Direct Deposit so you can put money into two accounts each pay period. Our Direct Deposit takes effect immediately after you provide us with the necessary information on your accounts. There's no waiting here!
Per Diem
And our Per Diem program is available on all assignments, as long as the employee's permanent residence is more than 50 miles from the assignment.
